"Frozen" Summer Fun - LIVE at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Every day from July 5 - September 1, you can participate in some fun summer "Frozen" experiences at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

Here are some highlights:

Olaf on Summer Vacation – Olaf the snowman is having the time of his life on his very first summer vacation! He chimes in throughout the day to keep everyone updated on all his adventures. Plus, you can pick up your very own Take-Along Olaf from locations in the park, so he can join you on your summer vacation!

Anna and Elsa’s Royal Welcome – At 11am each day, Elsa and Anna arrive in Hollywood as part of their goodwill tour of neighboring kingdoms, making their way down Hollywood Boulevard in a horse-drawn sleigh. Kristoff is along for the fun, too, joined by skaters, skiiers, ice cutters and more! The entire procession culminates in a special moment at the Sorcerer’s Hat stage to officially welcome the visiting royalty to Hollywoodland.

For the First Time in Forever: A “Frozen” Sing-Along Celebration – Cool down inside the Premiere Theater, where Anna and Elsa join the Royal Historians of Arendelle for a fun retelling of the history of their Kingdom, filled with sing-along moments from “Frozen."

Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post & Frozen Funland – Inside Soundstage One, Oaken and his cousins have created a Frozen Funland filled with cold weather activities, unique photo opportunities, and more! There’s a frozen pond with ice skating demonstrations, wintertime fun for kids in the “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” play area, a “big summer blowout” with plenty of “Frozen” merchandise, and special “Frozen”-inspired food and beverages.

“Coolest Summer Ever” Dance Party – Starting at 5:30 p.m. each day, a dance party takes over the area around the Sorcerer’s Hat Icon Stage, with a DJ, live band, and more!

“Frozen” Fireworks Spectacular – Everything wraps up at 9:45 p.m. when Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Olaf come together at the Sorcerer’s Hat Icon Stage for a grand finale to the day’s festivities, kicking off an awe-inspiring fireworks display set to the glorious music of “Frozen!”

Please note: FastPass+ will not be available for any of these experiences. Also, Anna and Elsa will continue to meet guests at Princess Fairytale Hall at the Magic Kingdom.

10 Things You Might Not Know About Disney Cruise Line

If you've sailed on a Disney Cruise, then you know it's a magical family vacation like no other.

But here are 10 things you might not know about Disney Cruise Line!

  1. You don't have to get off the ship while in port. In fact this is a great time to visit the pool or just relax in your room.
  2. Smile! You can get your picture taken with lots of Disney characters, but you can also have your photo taken with the ship's captain in the lobby at least one night during your cruise. (don't worry, his crew safely navigates the ship while he takes a break!)
  3. No towels needed. All the towels you need for the pool and for Castaway Cay are provided for you.
  4. Bring your favorite adult beverage on board. It must be brought in your carry-on bag and consumed in your stateroom, not in public places or lounges. You can also bring a bottle of wine or champagne to dinner, but there's a corking fee. Check with your agent for any restrictions.
  5. Teen spaces. Disney Cruise Line has some of the longest hours at sea for the teens-only spaces. Your teens will love hanging out with their friends - they may never want to leave!
  6. Holiday Fun! Each of the ships magically transforms for the fall and winter holidays - from Halloween decor to the "Very Merrytime" cruises featuring "snow flurries and a magical New Year's Eve at sea.
  7. Warm waters. The swimming pools on all the Disney ships are heated when the water temperature dips below 75 degrees.

Disney Cruise Line was the FIRST...
  8. To have YELLOW-COLORED lifeboats rather than the traditional regulation color of orange. Special permission was granted by the U.S. Coastguard to paint them in keeping with the Mickey colors of the ship (black, white, yellow and red).
  9. In the industry to offer fireworks at sea.
  10. To have an animated character as a fairy godmother. Tinkerbell is the fairy godmother to the Disney Wonder.

And there you have it! 10 things you might not have known about Disney Cruise Line.
