Benefits of a Walt Disney World Park Hopper Ticket

Benefits of a Walt Disney World Park Hopper Ticket

When guests visit Walt Disney World Resort they typically want to do as much as possible during their stay. The best way to accomplish that is with a Park Hopper Ticket option. The Park Hopper option allows you to visit more than one park per day or even all the Walt Disney World Theme Parks in one day

Making the most out of a day:
Imagine having breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom followed by a few of your must-do rides. Then it's off to Epcot to enjoy a variety of foods from around the world, yummy drinks included. Once you've had your fill, take a ferryboat over to Disney's Hollywood Studios and enjoy the thrilling Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror before dinner at Disney's Animal Kingdom. After dinner, experience Kilimanjaro Safaris after sundown and end the day with the memorizing Rivers of Light Nighttime Experience.

Extra Magic Hours: When staying on Disney property, you can enjoy Extra Magic Hours at select theme parks. Having a Park Hopper Ticket allows you to enjoy the extra time at the parks either in the morning before regular operating hours or at night after regular hours. For example, enjoy Extra Magic Hours from 7:00am-8:00am at Magic Kingdom then at night you can also enjoy Extra Magic hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom from 9:00pm-11:00pm on the same day. This is all possible with a Park Hopper Ticket option. (Extra Magic Hours change daily)

Dining:The Park Hopper Ticket option allows you to dine wherever and whenever you want. Having the ability to go back and forth between parks is a great advantage when making dining reservations, especially for the more popular, hard to get restaurants.

Flexibility:
You will have the ability to customize your days and be able to change them on a whim. It's best to have your days planned out beforehand but having the option to switch it up will allow you to have a better experience and less missed opportunities. Unexpected crowds, weather, larger parties, or even a change of mind can alter your day.

3 Reasons Why a Candlelight Dining Package Makes Sense

The Candlelight Processional at Epcot is one of the most popular holiday shows at the Walt Disney World Resort. It's a spectacular show you'll want to see year after year as part of your family's holiday tradition.

Candlelight Processional
It's a live story-telling by a celebrity narrator of the biblical Christmas tale, accompanied by a 50-piece orchestra and a mass choir. The music is glorious, the narration is stirring, and the voices of the mass choir are powerfully brilliant.

Some of the celebrity narrators for 2014 are: Jodi Benson, Neil Patrick Harris, Whoopi Goldberg, Marlee Matlin, Isabella Rossellini, and Blair Underwood. (Entertainment is subject to change.)

When?
Three shows are performed nightly from November 28 - December 30, 2014.

Where?
Outdoors at the America Gardens Theater at Epcot.

WHY A CANDLELIGHT DINING PACKAGE MAKES SENSE

Candlelight is one of the most popular holiday shows at the Walt Disney World Resort.

There are standby lines each day and guests wait for hours in hopes of securing a seat for that night's performances - but there's never a guarantee.

Here are three reasons why a Candlelight Dining Package makes sense:

  1. Guaranteed seating to the Candlelight Processional
  2. Lunch or dinner at a select Epcot restaurant
  3. VIP viewing for Epcot's nightly fireworks show, "IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth"
(*Please note that theme park admission is not included in the Candlelight Dining packages)

Maelstrom To Be Replaced by NEW Frozen-Themed Attraction

Anna and Elsa have certainly taken Disneyland and Walt Disney World by storm! It was just announced today that construction has begun on a new "Frozen" attraction at the Norway pavilion at Epcot. The new attraction will replace the current ride, "Maelstrom", and will take you into the Kingdom of Arendelle and into some of your favorite moments from the popular film. It is scheduled to open in early 2016. We'll keep you posted as plans progress.

NOTE: The last day you can visit the Maelstrom attraction is October 5, 2014. Although the ride will be closed after that date, the Norway pavilion will remain open during construction.

Elsa, Anna and some other characters from Frozen will also make an appearance during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (an event which requires a separate admission ticket).

In addition to their regular character appearances, you can see Queen Elsa use her powers to transform the castle into an ice palace each night  Nov 5. Check daily show schedule for times.

Our Tips To Beat the Crowds This 4th of July!

If you've never been to Walt Disney World over the 4th of July, you're in for a treat! The most spectacular fireworks shows will light up the sky to celebrate America. Here's a link for detailed information.

Special fireworks will be shown July 3 & 4 at Magic Kingdom, Epcot & Disney's Hollywood Studios!

However, Fourth of July is one of the most crowded nights of the year at Walt Disney World. So how can you beat the crowds and still see some fourth of July fireworks?

Here are a few tips!

Staying at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort?
...Did you know you can see some of the Epcot IllumiNations fireworks from many parts the resort?

What if you're staying at the Contemporary, Grand Floridian, or Polynesian Resorts?
...Walk toward the water & watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from there.

How about if you're camping at Fort Wilderness or staying at Wilderness Lodge?
...Head over to Bay Lake & catch the Magic Kingdom fireworks.

Staying at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts or the Boardwalk?
...Stroll along the promenade and you can see parts of the Epcot IllumiNations fireworks

These are all options if you'd rather skip the theme parks that evening - but please keep in mind that these suggestions will give you a partial view of the fireworks. You certainly won't be able to see the whole show perfectly as if you were in the parks.

Whether you visit the theme parks or stay at the resort, the fireworks shows at Walt Disney World are unbelievably magical!

Happy Fourth of July!

Epcot is now offering a special package for adults to enjoy AFTER the IllumiNations show is over. And you're gonna love it. Here are the details:

Disney Ticket Prices Went Up - Now What?

You probably heard that Disney raised ticket prices this week. The price for a one day, one park ticket to Magic Kingdom is:

One Day, One Park Ticket for an Adult =$99
One Day One Park Ticket for Kids (ages 3 - 9) = $93

The cost for a one day, one park ticket to Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios or Disney's Animal Kingdom is five dollars less, at $94 for adults and $88 for kids.
disney ticket prices

So, how can you get the most for your money and avoid paying high ticket prices?

Do you know anyone that goes to Disney for just one day? Oh sure there are some people who do. But more than likely you'll travel a good distance and take time off from work to spend a few days having fun at Walt Disney World.

The last thing you want to do is spend a ton of extra money.

  • You can add a water park option - or not.
  • You can add a "park hopper" option so you can visit more than one park in one day - or not.
  • You can add water parks + "more" which includes golf, DisneyQuest, mini golf and the ESPN Wide World of Sports - or not.
Only want to visit the parks for three days? Order a three day ticket. Four days? Order a four day ticket. Five? Well, you get the point.

The best part of the whole Magic Your Way ticket options is that the cost per day of the ticket continues to go down the more days you add.

For instance, the cost of a 4-day ticket is $73 per day (adult).
A 5-day ticket is $61 per day (adult).

If all of this is confusing or a bit overwhelming, let us do the work for you. We won't let you pay for more than what you want and need.

And that includes our services - which are completely free.

Think Spring!

The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is truly one of the most beautiful events at the Walt Disney World Resort.

If you're thinking of a trip to Disney this year, consider going in the spring. The weather is gorgeous, the lines are manageable and Epcot is blooming with flowers, topiaries and lush gardens.

Plus, you could save up to 30% at select Walt Disney World resorts for most nights March 14 - April 12 & April 20 - June 15, 2014.

"Spice Road Table" Opens at Epcot

If there's one thing Epcot's World Showcase is known for it's the delicious food choices. Don't you agree? And now, there's a brand new restaurant that makes it even more difficult to choose where to enjoy lunch or dinner. "Spice Road Table" at the Morocco pavilion had its "soft opening" this past weekend and it looks exquisite.

Beautiful setting!

Reminds us of a Mediterranean cafe

Fried calamari, anyone?

Hummus and olives

Sangria
And a variety of wines to complement your meal

So tell us - what do you think of Spice Road Table?

So You Think You've Done Everything at Disney?

There's one thing that even the most seasoned Disney fans may not have experienced: the chance to meet with dolphins at The Seas pavilion at Epcot!

This is a bucket list item for many people, but really it's such an awesome experience. You'll go behind the scenes in a group no larger than 8 people to see how the bottlenose dolphins at Epcot are cared for, trained and fed. And you'll even get a chance to interact with these beautiful creatures one-on-one in waist-deep water.
(*Note: you do not need to know how to swim or be SCUBA-certified to participate)

Swimsuits are required and changing facilities, towels, shampoo, and hair dryers are provided. It's worth noting that you don't have to go in the water if you don't want to; however the price is the same for the tour either way.

The details:
  • Cost: $199 per person - open to adults and teens (ages 13 and older. Under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult).
  • The tour is wheelchair-accessible - you must be able to transfer to a standard wheelchair and then to a ride vehicle.
  • Cameras, cell phones and video equipment are not permitted in any backstage area including the aquarium.
  • For safety reasons, jewelry is not permitted in the aquarium.
  • Reservations must be made in advance - but we can take care of that for you! And if you need to cancel, be sure to give at least two days notice or you'll be charged the full price.
  • Whether you go in the water or not - be prepared to get wet!

Did you know about this special dolphin encounter at Epcot? Have you done the tour? Who in your family would most love to get up close to some of the dolphins at the Seas at Epcot?
