Walt Disney World - Children's Pirate Cruises


Children's Cruises
Little buccaneers sail the high seas to exotic "Ports of Call" along Disney Waterways in search of treasure. Pirates must be ages 4-12 years old and potty trained (no pull-ups). These are child-only cruises (only registered children can participate, no adults) and are supervised by two Disney guides. Each cruise costs $34 USD (plus tax) per qualified child and includes a snack and bag of treasure for the child to remember the experience.


To ensure the best experience, reservations are required (up to 180 days in advance) and space is extremely limited on each cruise. To reserve, call 407-WDW-PLAY.  *Life vests will be provided and required when onboard. Cancellation by Guests within 24-hours may be subject to full charge.

Pirates of the Caribbean - Sunday, Tuesday and Friday
Leaves from the Caribbean Beach Resort. The young adventurers, with pirate bandanas on their heads, will board a boat resembling an old battle relic which will sail the Ports of the Caribbean waters as Captain Jack Sparrow did on the Black Pearl. The young pirates will be told the story of Old Port Royale and the pirates that used to sail these waters. In this adventure they will find many props and signs leading them through the perilous waters to the Treasure. Once the Treasure is found and secured on the boat the pirates will then sail to Fort Cay where they will attempt to trade for grub. Upon returning to Old Port Royale the Treasure Chest will be unlocked and the bounty shared by all. Snack (such as pretzels, goldfish crackers) and a drink (such as water or drink box) will be given during the excursion.


Bayou Pirate Adventure - Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
Leaves from the Port Orleans Riverside Resort. The young adventurers, with pirate bandanas on their heads, will board a "Pirate" vessel. Onboard they will learn about the great Pirate named Captain John Lafitte, the greatest pirate to ever sail the waters of New Orleans. Legend is that his boat sank on a reef off the coast of Key West. In their adventure they will find a treasure map left behind by Captain Lafitte which will lead them to his treasure. Once they set sail the young adventurers will use clues to find the hidden treasure of which is theirs to keep. A snack (such as pretzels, goldfish crackers) and a drink (such as water or drink box) is offered during the excursion.


Albatross Cruise - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Leaves from the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. Children wear bandanas and follow clues to search Crescent Lake and Epcot® World Showcase Lagoon for map clues. Following these clues they sail to many exotic "ports of call" to collect treasure. During the voyage, the children enjoy a reading of "The Legend of the Albatross." At the final port of call, children will have a snack (such as pretzels, goldfish crackers) and a drink (such as water or drink box) and split up the "buried treasure" which consists of coins, beads, rings, pirate eye patches, etc.


Pirate Adventure - Monday through Saturday
Leaves from the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Children wear pirate bandanas and follow clues to search Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon for buried treasure. Following these clues and the Pirate's trail, they sail to many exotic "ports of call" (Resort Marinas) to collect treasure. During the voyage, the children enjoy a reading of "The Legend of Gasparilla" (a real Florida Pirate). At the final port of call, children will have a snack (such as pretzels, goldfish crackers) and a drink (such as water or drink box) and split up the "buried treasure".
